Good weather forecast for the last weekend and so many members followed the invitation to our spring tour in the south region of Upper Austria.
Friday noon we met at the Wellness Resort Dilly in Windischgarsten and enjoyed the wellness area and later a great dinner. Saturday morning the tour started over the Hengstpass (mountain pass) to a very nice stopover at the Leitner Almstubn with homemade sandwiches and drinks. After this nice picturesque place we drove through scenic roads to castle Kassegg where had great lunch in a very nice ambience. Our next stop was  at castle Strechau which was built in the 11th century and hosts a very interesting Steyr car collection. Back at the hotel we had time to use the generous wellness area and again had a great dinner together.

The next day we visited the Scythe Smithy Museum in Micheldorf and finally closed our tour at the famous Monastery Kremsmünster where we had a guided tour by his ‘Duke of Bavaria Tassilo III’.

Many thanks to Michael Lackner for organizing this great and interesting tour.
